Model 8T Technical Information

Operation
The Model 8T Tube Flanger is generally used to place a 90 degree flange on one end (or both ends) of a tube. However, the 8T Upper Tube Flanging Roll can be made special for a flange that is less than 90 degress. 

The 8T Upper Tube Flanging Roll and the Segment Roll can together be offered as a set that flanges a special formation into the tube.

​In some cases a large knuckle radius can be placed on the tube by our supply of special rolls. Please note that it can be a more involved flanging process to place a large knuckle radius into a tube.
