25-Series Technical Information

Hydraulics

-The 25-Series Dishing Machine uses a "Jack- Ram" style of hydraulic circuit.

-The Hydraulic Power Unit consists of a reservoir of 400 Gallons / 1500 Liters Capacity.

​-Pumps 1 & 2 are axial piston pumps.

-A DO8 double solenoid directional control valve is used to control the pilot cylinder, and a    Prefill Valve is used to control the main cylinder. 

-The 25-Series Dishing Machines have a Yates Special Duplex Cylinder. 

-The Main Cylinder has a 16" Bore with a 10" shaft. The Pilot Cylinder has a 8" Bore with a
​  4 1/2"  shaft. This cylinder is rated 3000 PSI.

- As a safety, a counterbalance valve is placed on the lower port of the hydraulic cylinder.


-An automatic circuit is used for the cooling / filtration circuit.

-The Hydraulic Power Unit includes a pressure filter and a return filter.
