​-All motor controls and push buttons are made by Siemens. The machine is equipped with  electric motors and motor controls to operate on your 3-Phase voltage. 

-A power supply is used to provide a 24VDC secondary control unit.

-A second power supply is used to provide discrete 24VDC for the HMI.

-This machine must be grounded for proper, safe operation.


​-This machine uses a Siemens S7-1200 PLC, and a Simatic HMI.

-Two foot switches are provided as safety for the two machine operators.

-Pilot lights are used to indicate machine status / function.

-A signal column is also used to indicate machine status / function. 

-Proximity Sensors are used to determine the position of the hydraulic cylinder.

- An ammeter is used to display the amperage draw of the 100 HP electric motor.
