16-Series Technical Information

Description

All 16-Series Machines

-A riser device is placed on the top of the machine.

-A beam is placed on the top of the riser device.

-An electric chain hoist is placed on the machine:

1625

1 ton hoist
​2 ton hoist

-All equipment for holding the tank head is provided.

-All upper tooling items are heat treated.

-The machine is equipped with multiple E - Stops.

-The Hydraulic Power Unit is placed beside the machine at floor level.

Model 1625 (Only)

-The side plates of the 1625 are 2" thick.

-The lower portion of the frame under the cylinder is reinforced with several steel  plates in a honeycomb configuration.

Model 1630 (Only)

-The steel beams are made from 36" x 256# wide flange beam.

-The lower center base which is directly under the cylinder is reinforced with  several steel plates in a honeycomb configuration.
